One of the issues Governor Bello faced head on after he was sworn-in as the governor of Kogi State was the hydra headed monster of wagebill corruption which manifested in the forms of ghost workers, payroll racketeering, civil service nepotism. The Kogi State Government has become worried over a routine activity by "Nigeria Politics Today," a facebook page posting quotes allegedly made by the Governor of the state, which have repeatedly put the spokespersons of the government on the side of denial. Recall that in the recent political wranglings of Lagos State,  Bello was alleged by the same page to have made a hit on his colleague, Akinwunmi Ambode, an allegation which was swiftly denied by Bello's media aides.  However, the page may have become unrepentant, and the Chief Press Secretary to the Kogi State Government, Petra Akinti Onyegbule has this to say; "I have observed that there is a Facebook Page 'Nigeria Politics Today' which routinely conjures quotes and accredits them to His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello.  "The latest is this,  ""Atiku is not a politician and I keep wondering why the PDP jubilating over his victory at their primary election.
